--2024 Holiday Donation Drive--

Aug. 1st to Dec. 1st

Hope From the Heart is hosting a donation drive for non-perishable food items and monetary donations for the purchase of new adult and children’s clothing from now through December 1st. We are collecting to distribute these items to two local non-profit organizations, Jesus Loves You Ministry, which serves the homeless and needy, and The Twig, which serves foster care families.

*We are also collecting donations to purchase fleece and scissors for our Project Linus service project, as well as supplies for Holiday Greeting Cards for the Elderly and Blessing Bags for the homeless, which are all completed by local homeschool children and their families.

​

*Local pick up of non-perishable food donations and clothing is always available, just contact us, we are happy to pick up!

Non-perishable Food Donations Needed!

  • Box of snack/granola/breakfast bars

  • Box of snack size chips/snack crackers/granola/nuts

  • Small water bottles

  • Box of electrolyte drink mixes (to add to water)

  • Pull top cans of fruits and vegetables

  • Pull top cans of soup

  • Pull top cans of meat

  • All other non-perishables will stock the food pantry

Cash Donations

Cash donations will be used to purchase:

  • new clothing items for local homeless services

  • new clothing/supplies for foster children services

  • food to fill the food pantry​ at JLY

  • fleece for the no-sew fleece blanket service project

  • snacks and hygiene items for blessing bags

  • supplies for holiday greeting cards for the elderly

  • Teen pajama pant

  • Teen hoodies (L-3XL)

  • Teen boy necklaces/wallets

  • Teen girl bracelets/watches

  • Kid's sneakers (all sizes)

Adult:

  • Men's underwear (med & LG)

  • Women's underwear (5-7)

  • Men's jeans and shorts (28-36 waist)
